Lighthouse Investments was founded out of a passion for entrepreneurship. In 2010, Jitze Jongsma established the company with the belief that he can create value and drive growth for exceptional businesses.

His passion lies in building and improving companies. With over 25 years of experience in performance improvement, Jitze supports organizations on financial and strategic matters, as well as in the areas of processes and organizational development.

When not working directly with “his” companies, Jitze is based in Rotterdam. From the lively and historic Scheepvaartkwartier, he explores national and international markets to identify opportunities for sustainable and thriving entrepreneurship.
